Odyssée Medical Clinic is a private clinic specialized in obstetrics and gynaecology, and clinical  assisted reproduction. Founded in 1987, (official decree N° 569/CAB/PR, oct. 21, 1987), the clinic is directed by Dr. Ernestine GWET-BELL, a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Paris V, registered with the Order of Medical Doctors under Nr. OM/736 and member of Synamec (national trade union of private M.D. of Cameroon).

The Odyssée Medical Clinic is not subordinated to any group, establishment or any financial, industrial, political or religious organization. 

Mission et objectives

The clinic mission is " providing patients and couples with quality medical services in a caring and secure environment".

With this in mind, the clinic website aims at:

- informing patients on services offered and offering general advice
- explaining basic medical ideas and making it accessile to the general public
- promoting cooperation between doctors and sharing medical knowledge
- provide the press and the general public with any information on the private clinic.

Users of website

Website www.cliniqueodyssee.com only gives basic information for the general public and medical personnel. This information does not replace the consultation of a medical practicioner, but aims at improving the patient to doctor relationship.

Articles are published on the site with of their author agreement. All texts of medical information published in the site, were written by Dr. Ernestine GWET-BELL.

Financing

The website is fully supported by the Odyssée Medical Clinic on its own funds. No advertisement from private corporations or public organizations is accepted, nor any funding whatsoever.
